In my practice, counseling is a space to share your story. Perhaps it is a chapter that you are writing right now as you navigate the challenges of connecting to yourself in a chaotic world. Perhaps you are working to balance the demands of life - relationships, family, work, school or home. Perhaps it is an older chapter you are revisiting to make meaning and find strength. Perhaps it is a future chapter you are writing with hopes and dreams. Wherever you are is okay and is exactly where we will begin together.
My approach is gentle and collaborative. Together we will explore the places of pain and joy, hope and healing in your own story to discover the strength and wholeness at the center.
I use a variety of tools tailored to fit your needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use Mindfulness and Body-oriented approaches to support holistic healing of the mind, body and soul.
