About me...
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Bellingham, WA. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California where I studied Psychology and Religion. I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Washington University. Prior to entering private practice, I spent three years working in community mental health in Los Angeles County and I completed my Clinical Internship at Unity Care in Bellingham.
I believe deeply in the model of healing oneself in order to touch the healing space created in a therapeutic relationship.
My own healing process has included connecting with the natural world and animals, song, dance, writing, art, meditation, dreamwork, and – yes, therapy. I’ve spent years on the other side in the therapy office exploring the terrain within myself.
I believe, quite simply, that we are not meant to do it alone.
